Pancake Instructions

½ cup (60 g) Protein Pancake Mix

½ cup (100 ml) water  

Combine Pancake Mix and water in a bowl. Mix. Preheat a lightly oiled non-stick pan to medium heat (Tip: use low-calorie cooking spray). Put ¼ cup batter into the pan. Let cook until bubbles appear on the surface (2-3 min). Flip pancakes and cook until done.

Makes 3 pancakes.  

 

Waffle Instructions

Prepare the batter according to the instructions given for pancakes. Use a lightly-oiled waffle maker. Cook the waffles for about 3-4 min at high heat.  

Makes 2 waffles.  

 

Crepes Instructions

½ cup (60 g) Protein Pancake Mix

¾ cup (140 ml) water  

Combine the mix and water in a bowl. Mix. Preheat the pan as above. Put ⅓ cup batter into the pan and swirl to cover the bottom of the pan. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface (1-2 min). Loosen edge of crepe with a spatula, flip the crepe and cook until done (1-2 min). Lightly oil the pan every time before pouring the batter.

Makes 3 crepes.
